Hearing the gong for the first time at a fair, the sound immediately called to me like an old, dear friend I hadn’t seen in a long time. My whole body recognized it, and from that moment on, I regularly surrendered to gong baths in the role of a participant. The gong baths, immersed in healing vibrations, brought me so many benefits on all levels that I began dreaming of playing the gong myself!
So much so that the paths opened up — and I opened with them —investing in numerous trainings and equipment. I began living my dream: spreading sound therapy and supporting people through individual and group sessions in the role of a gong practitioner. At the same time, life served me training as a Laughter Yoga Instructor, supporting my childlike playfulness and, through frequent practice, strengthening my knowledge of conscious breathing, spontaneous expression, and boundless laughter. Likewise, training in the second level of Reiki seemed to impose itself naturally, calling me—by a higher force—to better and more consciously understand and direct energy.

If you are also ready to meet me at a certain moment, I would like to offer you what supported and supports me still. Here is Laughter Yoga to remain playful, spontaneous, and smiling, Gong to center, clean and energize, sound massages for focus and internal responses, to remove pain; and Reiki as a base for energy flow and being receptive. In addition, my personal experience, where I used my pain for growth, and from practice through the Association, where I worked for seven years, confirmed my organizational, humanitarian, and cooperation abilities. Together with all of this practice.

Although we are all unique, we are together in the energy field, so, from my point of view, inner journeys start from departures from each other.

Where is my mirror? Shadow?

What triggers me to run away from it/you/myself?

What part of me do I not want to face?

There is a lot to say. We can go through everything before and/or after the treatment and in a completely targeted way during the consultation. If we feel each other and our paths cross I will be glad if I can help with my practice, experience, knowledge, and touch.

It is always mutual.

Thank you.
